    Konica 7222 F51-2

    Hi at all,

after switched on Konica 7222, following error code appears after a short time: F51-2 (during the warm-up phase, the exit and fixing roller doesn't rotate). I replaced the fixing unit (I suspected a sluggishness), but the same problem occurs. In the 47 programm (output signal), code 40, the exit and the fixing roller are rotating properly (M11 - Fixing motor is ok!).

    any ideas?

Sounds like it is time to look at the sensor that detects the rotation.
