I'm not complaining. I'm very familiar with the old interface. Just curious. =^..^=

The migration did not go as well I had planned so after 3 days of reduced sleep we reverted back our pre-upgrade site. I did expected some level of learning curve and glitches with the new version but I think the size of the database (500k+ posts) compounded those issues making what I had tested with a little different than what I ended up with. We had a ton of broken links internally and inbound along with a few other annoying problems so I think we made the right call in the end. I'll setup a test server and see if i can get better results but for now we'll stay on our current version. We have made a ton of minor updates getting everything cleaned up and versioned up but still have a few items on the to-do list, hopefully nothing that will cause problems.

I certainly don't use all the features, but haven't seen any broken features.

    Thanks for the update. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    https would be nice though.
When you think you have made a procedure idiot proof your company employs a better idiot.

Already have some of the process started, it's the next big item on the list.

Might be your IPS. I have had the same problem for years. Usually occurs for me between 9:45 PM and 10:15 PM. When I get it, I just wait and try again.

    1. Any particular time of the day? if so, what timezone are you in so I can check some logs?

    2. "Prevents inbox from opening" Does it happen only when you're checking your PM's?

    3. Is anyone else getting this regularly?
