    Promotions on Gmail

For those using gmail, if you are not getting email notifications when techs reply to threads that you are subscribed to, check your Promotions folder in Gmail. I have been finding notifications there frequently. I has two tonight.

    Re: Promotions on Gmail

If you just drag those notifications back the Inbox, Gmail will ask if you want them to go to the Inbox instead. Check Yes.

Since I usually don't open or read the notifications, just the titles, Gmail assumes that they are either Promotions or Spam, and automatically decides to sort them accordingly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
