    Dedicated Samsung section

I've noticed that a lot of posts in the "Other" section are for Samsung. Just wondering if it would be a good idea to start a dedicated Samsung section?

they seem to have a lot of issues and I do not see Samsung going away anytime soon. They are putting a lot of effort in R&D to become a major player in the MFP industry.

You're right on both those points. I haven't been real happy with the 45 and 55 ppm b/w we have in the field, lots of weird issues and parts failing prematurely. Smaller ones seem to do well, as long as you don't over work them.

we are finding similar results as you it seems. The ones that get run hard do not hold up, but if the customer stays within the guidelines from Samsung the parts are lasting. We have some issues with the color units as well.
