    Chrome and Explorer issues

Lately, I can't post messages when I use Google Chrome. I get a message about my message being too short by two characters. I've never posted a message shorter than the word welcome. As bad as it was yesterday, today is worse.

I tried to post using explorer and today it won't accept my password or ID. Good thong I have an Android phone and that is still working.

I assume there were problems with the last update? Any idea when these problems will be resolved?

I have had the too short message using Firefox as well. I always though it was a server thing.

What surprises me the most is that people actually still use IE!

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

As a canon tech you have to use IE when dealing with the tech support site

I've been told that it is a long and time consuming process to change those systems over. I'm not an expert on the topic so I have to go with what they are telling me and that those changes are coming soon.

Did you try a different PC with IE and Chrome? It could be something with your computer.

I use Chrome all the time, and have no issues with the site. Firefox works OK, too, as well as (yuk) IE.

Isn't it a little cool outside for the thong? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have had the same problem with Firefox on occasion. It just went away. Very rare though.
