I've been getting repeating "Reply to thread" notices from a few day ago, sometimes 3 or more of the same notice.
Is it just me, or is anyone else getting them?
(I'm currently using Chrome and an Outlook mail server.)

"You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" --
Gmail sorts them out for me by thread name, so I wouldn't even notice if there were multiple notices for the same thread. I get 30 or more of these emails each day anyway, so a few more or less wouldn't be that noticeable.
Maybe you're just subscribed to particularly popular threads. If it gets too annoying you can cancel some of those subscriptions. I've done that on the "Joke ... " threads that get a dozen responses each day. You can also change the default, so that the subscription isn't automatic. The only time the notices are handy is when I'm in a particular hurry for a response on a specific topic, or if I can't check in for a few days. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is something strange going on. I have not gotten any notices on subscribed threads or Private messages since Thursday July 24. It had done it once before about a month or two ago. Lasted about a week and a half and then on a Monday, everything showed. I though that maybe Aneurism had found a problem over the week end and corrected it.
Another thing that I have noticed is that the thread "Do you have a company car?" keeps coming up as having a new post from Copier Addict. When it happens, it seems to show the post as being six hours ago. When I open the post, it is from 4 weeks ago.
I did not notice this thread until just now.
I just changed my email to my gmail account. I did get the reactivation email notice. Now lets see if I get anything else.
It appears changing my email cleared the problem. I posted to Iowatech's new thread in Rant, Raves, and Everything else. I got a notification when KenB then posted to it.
