how does one add to someones rep power? I have tried to add to several when their answer or question was good but it never shows up.

From memory, you just click on the scales down the bottom.
If it isn't working, I 'm just wondering if it could be a Web Browser specific problem.
Which browser is everyone running who is having troubles?

sorry, anerurysm, but that didn't help me as I had read it before posting. maybe I'm dumb or slow so maybe someone could step me or us thru it. I would like to add to tech rep when good answers or questions are asked or given.

OK, what I got off of reading that (again) is that it is pretty much up to the administrator on what a members rep power is. Is that correct?
