I have recently replaced the transfer belt unit on the 4511 and now it is having a problem with the secondary transfer. Its an intermitant problem and orginally thought it had a loose connection / ground to the 2nd tranfer. The original problem was jittery lines on prints and the transfer belt kit took care of that problem but now it seems there is a problem with the Secondary transfer.........while watching the tranfer belt rotation you can see all the colors being laid down from the drum with a good image but the image does not transfer to the paper consistantly. It seems that there may be a gap adjustment from the transfer belt to the secondary transfer roller. If this is correct could someone tell me how its done.
