I agree with the others here.
Our user manuals are freely available through ALL Konica Minolta official websites. I find it extremely offensive that there are some people trying to sell those manuals. Many of them have this....

Or something similar, different dates. Like Linux, these are free to the end user, regardless of how they obtained the machine in question.

, lodge a formal complaint about the guys who are "selling" our tech manuals, which clearly show on the first page, "for internal use only". I've no issues with assisting someone on basic information on how to perform something, but I do have issues with someone who is not an agent of my company giving out the whole technical manual, and certainly huge issues with someone "selling" those manuals for obvious profit.
