    Hi guys,

    I'm looking for a little handle #4396 1171 01 or 56QA45500.
    New or good-used is ok.

Is it discontinued by Kon/Min? Precision roller sells it but says available in 8 days. Results for 56QA45500

I probably have a good used one if you can't get it. I just stripped parts from a good Di-7210 so have anything you need for it.

    Thanks Copyman,

I saw it on Precision Rollers site with the 8 day lead time, but the account is 75 miles from me and I have the other parts that I need for this follow up call, so I was hoping someone on the west coast would have one that I could get quickly.
I'll get back to you if no one else responds.

    Re: Minolta D!5510 Part

    Hello again Copyman,

Precision Roller just refunded my money after 10 days and said they couldn't get the handle. If you've still got the one from your parts machine I'll take it. Let me know how you would like to handle the transaction.
    Thank you,

    Don

I'll look and should have it. After seeing the exact part you need, isn't that handle for the transport bed, right before the fuser? Not sure why you even need that handle. All this was for is to raise the trans bed for real thick paper. I don't think I have ever used it and don't think any of my customers ever had (don't have anymore of this series in the field, thank God!). Don't think any of my customers even knew it was there.

Why not just set for standard paper and leave it? It doesn't move once set. Use needle nose pliers to set to standard paper or it may already be set.

Yeah it doesn't do much, but the customer found it broken and asked if I would replace it. T&M customer, so I'll comply if you've got it.
    Let me know.

    Thanks,
    Don
