    Konica C284E

    I am in need of a new SSD board for a Konica C284e. Since they do not provide a part # I am kind of at a loss as to how to go about getting one. Thanks for any help.

    what is your problem? maybe you dont need one. Are you getting codes or it wont fire up.

    It just keeps rebooting. I did all the testing per the bulletins (disconnect all options connected to machine reboot with no change, disconnected the hard drive and reseated memory chips with no change, cant get into service mode or anything and it will not do a firmware upgrade) The ser# of the machine falls under the bad SSD and there are no dots on the SSD board that would show its an upgraded unit.) Have sales working on upgrading unit so hope they go that route.
