Does anyone know where I can get upper fuser rollers recoated?
Does anyone know where I can get upper fuser rollers recoated?
Man! Don't do it!
I've only seen a few re-coated rollers, and they're crap. A total waste of labor installing garbage rollers.
Save yourself a headache and install new rollers even if it's the aftermarket Katun rollers. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I use to get my teflon rollers done...gold like finish n very
reliable..was on 62 cpm sharp..i checked prices a year ago........forget about it..wth teflon being a dangerous compound it could cost you close to $200 each roller.........
Silicon is cheap but if not done right, major headaches.polek n katun rollers suck..so expect to chnge them often or i buy oem.
i recommend you not to go for recoated ones.recoat is good but the rollers get damaged in the process .will have lots of copy jamming issues in high speed machines.Life expectancy is nowhere near new ones and when you calculate cost/copy of new and recoated ,absolute waste
