Hello folks, I'm having a little trouble looking in the manual for the code to reset the machine to factory settings. There are so many codes and I'm not sure what the technical term is that Toshiba uses.

Exactly what benefit do you expect from this factory reset? In my experience most of the time you just create additional work for yourself, and do not solve problems. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I looked at the settings from the computer, and it looks like the paper sizes on the computer match what paper is in the drawer. I looked at the other settings and even reinstalled the print driver, but that did not help.
The machine has brand new feed stations rebuilt.
Also as another factor, there too many people onsite (too many clients) that have their "hands in the honey pot" that change settings and what not, so this leads me to believe that there is some setting that was changed that is somehow causing it to jam.
The only things I would have to restore after resetting is the IP address and issue 1 new department code.

Before I incurred the unknowable consequences of a reset, I wound connect my laptop via crossover cable and print that way first, off the network. If it works that way you have an operable printer, and can address network issues separately. =^..^=

08-693 will reset the network settings back to factory defaults and will save alot of setup steps instead of wiping the whole machine back to factory.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Hello folks,
I returned from the site and tested the machine with a USB cable directly to the Toshiba with a print job.
The machine's memory light blinked a couple times, then did nothing.
I tried it again with a crossover cable and got the same result.
Reset the NIC card as suggested above, retested it and go the same result... blinking light and the machine "drops" the job
At this point, my first suspect is the RAM, then the formatter board that has the NIC card.
