Hi there, Turn the machine off, then power it on while holding 6 + Start , let go till you hear a bip. that should take you into the maintenance mode.

Don't forget to press 2 and START after that
Better way is to print this.
START+9 / Power ON , then press 103 and START.

And to add something further if i may.. The numbers you will see will only be as accurate as the tech that performed the replacements last. So if they replaced anything and did not reset the maint. count, then you numbers won't be accurate. good luck..
