    Exclamation ebridge viewer- vista compatability

Does anyone know if ebridge viewer has been updated for vista? I found a setup file for it, but it will not install on vista. Would love to find this fix. Thanks,

    Josh

    Which version you have?

This is what I foun on Toshiba site for version 3_01_00_22

    [TOSHIBA e-BRIDGE Viewer installation]
TOSHIBA e-BRIDGE Viewer can be installed on a computer with Windows 2000 and
Windows XP32bit. It cannot be installed on a computer with Windows Vista
32bit/64bit and Windows XP 64bit, even though it was stated in the Operator’s
    Manual that it could.

Could not find newer version for download.

    Hope this help

    BR

I cannot for the life of me find the version number of ebridge viewer. I will install the program from one of my workstations tomorrow and try to find this. I also have a call into the Toshiba rep. in Chicago. I will update this post when I find my answer.

Also, I found the exact same message in the read-me file. Will not work with Vista even though the manual said it would.

I have my fingers crossed as of now.

If you know of a history of versions, I believe that the files were created on or around 9/12/2007. This dosen't look good.

I found the version number. 3.2.6.8

The Rep. from Chicago pointed me to this. This is the one that won't install. So, he is looking into this through another rep and will contact me when he finds out.

Hard for the salesmen to sell this product if the customers have upgraded to Vista (which isn't very widespread).
