A customer called and asked that we check this old machine out. I don't know Toshibas but went over anyway. This machine comes up and says call service and has a flashing wrench. Can anyone tell me how to find out what the problem is?
They did move the machine and sat it on its back without pulling the DV unit or drum unit out.
If you press the help button all it says is the phone # of the old company.
I was able to get by there today, and the code that comes up is A1.
I found out that this code means charger cleaner problem. Is ther anything special on this machine? Can I just unplug the cleaner or what?
You can try to unplug it, but I would clean the rail the cleaner rides on and make sure it doesn't bind.
The cleaner keep you from getting corona arc calls.

Hold 0&8 down while turning on-inter 40 and hit print button. should have a 0 in display. inter 1 and hit interrupt and that should turn it off.tune machine off to get out of test mode. take t/s corona out and clean and reset to home position probably have a dirty machine if it was on it's back.
