I don't think my original post ever made it through, so I apologize if this is a duplicate.

I have successfully set up Scan to File for a few people, so that the scan appears in a shared folder on their Windows machines. I cannot get it to work for one particular user, and I believe the problem might be that their username contains a space. In fact, when I try to enter a space for the username in the Remote 1 field, it says it's not valid. How can I get this to work? I really am trying to avoid changing their username.
