    Toshiba Estudio 28

If our Estudio 28 has a network card and is currently accessable on our network as a printer, is it necessarilly scan ready or do we need to add hardware or software before we can use it for scanning to a file server on the network?

The only option that works is to find a gl-1010 controller. Install the latest version of "unix" software then set it up and you rare all done. Good luck on finding a good gl-1010...
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
