BD 3560 , waste exit problem

I Run several machines of this series, some are 2860, some are 3560 and 4560 all analogs.
What i dont understand is that why some machines specifically cant exit the waste, the used toner gets filled up under the drum and cant get out , therefore running dirty copies, ( it needs constant cleaning, I've checked the gears and the path, mechanically everything is perfect),
while some machines run perfectly without need of cleaning ever .
my big question is what what causes this? is it the developer? or is it a machine setting that it is sticking too much toner on the drum?,i hope somebody can give me an opinion, if you have encountered this , im really puzzled, and running out of ideas ..., thanks so much...

Are you using OEM toner because some of the after market stuff didn't work too well with that developer. You should be seeing some dusting around the inside too if that's the case.

I'm actually just using compatibles on the same developers, but why is it that only some machines have this problem and the others with the same compatible toner and developer are running fine? thanks so much

Hate to get real elementary here but have yoou checked the plunger on the waste toner augers?? If they ain't right it ain't gonna move the waste anywhere.

Used to work on a numbers of these and there's only a couple of reasons for something like this.

+1. The gear on the auger itself can look just fine, but actually starts to spin on the shaft under load.

Check The This One.

IF u r not correctly closed the front cover, that time also waste toner will get struck.so check taht also. Then may be some times that cleaning auger not rotating correctly that time same probleam will come.so check that gear either rotating corrctly...

Thanks so much, it looks really fine but it really spins out after awhile, i always thought cleaning is already enough to lessen the load and it seems that gear is already a bit loose after several times of spinning out, i inserted a piece of paper under the gear and it seems to work fine up to now, Thanks so much
