Toshiba 2860

I'm working on a Toshiba 2860 that has an error code C41 but also the toner bottle full light is on and it won't clear. I can't find what senses the toner bottle is full or how to clear it. Can anyone out there help me with this

Hi,

according your C41 problem for this machine 2860 is ussually come from fuser unit. you have to check fuser lamp, thermistor and thermostat by use multi tester. if you find one of them worn out replace it with new one. or first of all try to clear by using 08-89, see what is the value in there, make it zero. if this is work then your pfroblem is solve but, if don't then you have to check what I have mention before.

i think that you only clear to thermistor, because thermistor could diurty by toner .

Fusing unit warm-up error, defective thermistor, fusing lamp or thermofuse.
You must check one or all the components above, it´s gotta be a problem in the fusing zone.

first for alll u clean drum unit and remove all toner ok then u see in the end of unit one gear agar shaft u changed it may be gear are not in his position may be u solved ur problem
