Josh Moody Moodyman Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 24 Rep Power: 4	E-studio 16 I have a E-16. at pwr on it say call for service and no error code. We are a ricoh dealer. but we used to be a toshiba dealer. the service books are missing for the copier. I am looking for the service manual for this model anyone please. thanks

bryand Technician Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 19 Rep Power: 3	Weren't you trained on these machines lol It's the polygon mirror motor - you need to replace the laser unit. If code CA2 comes up with the new laser unit you need to update the firmware. Hitech
