I am sure I am making this more difficult than it is but here it goes. I was tring to set the "department codes" for this customer and I set the master code to 12345 and was able to set four more individual codes with no problem. Now, when I try to get back into the department code it will not let me, I can get all the way to "department code" then can not go any further. Can I reset them all, or what can I do.

Hi,

you can reset it by using 1+3+*+On. but all except tota counter back to factory default.

there is other way, press 1+3+On, after entering service mode go to department code list,print it then after printing list come out, check what is the password for master code (ussually master code is in no 1).
After you know what is password for master code than you can modify or adding new department code from ussual way.

Don't forget to turn of than turn on the machine after entering 1+3+On. because if you let it like that, than your customer can entering service mode menu.
