Tosh E-Studio 281C registration problem??

I have a 281c that has black registration problems only in full color mode. It only happens on 11x17 paper. The registation is off for the first 4-5 inches from the lead edge and then there is a smudge about 3-4 mm wide After the smudge the rest of the page is fine.

I have replaced he 2nd transfer roller.
