Toshiba e-studio 310C- printig lines

I have a question, the printer prints a blury pink line at the same place on every document on any paper size. that line is only printed over print-cover area, in other words, if there was nothing on the document in that place, the paper is white and it does not print the line, However if there is a photo/text in the way , that blurry pinkish line is always printed over it. What can it be?


cant see it to well from a scanned copy, but on paper it is VERY visible.

any advice would help, thanks!

Did you try to print other photoes and having the same problem?

photos, brochures, tried many, same thing, this line appears (only over printed area) same place

Go to the Test Print Mode to print the test patterns. If there are no problems, then the most possible cause is the scanner section or you have to check the drum, developer unit, the fuser, charger and HV Transformer.
