Toshiba firmware! Where can I get toshiba firmware?

I am an independent tech and I avoid toshibas like the plague, because of the stupid firmware issues. I usually throw them away or trash them to the customer. I know I'm right because the Ricoh Konicas are no problem when you have to eventually replace the hard drive- and no Paul.

Does anyone have the firmware for a toshiba e-studio 5520c
