5570 drum scratches

this problem occurred in many of them. the 2 sides of drum scratch and i'm scared if i replaced the drums scratches come back again any ideas will be appreciated

Say a little bit more e.g something about the copy quality, how many copy the drum had been made, the conditions of the copy machine before the issue arise, what you had tried to solve the problem etc.

Flip the old drum ends and flip before you put new drum in to see if the problem isn still there that way you don't have to take the chance of scratching the new drum.
