Black developer unit lifting movement abnormality: The black
developer unit does not move up or down normally. With a can of air, blow out the photosensors under the black developer lifting plate. If that doesn't work, remove black developer lifting clutch, rear of machine, not too hard to get to, with a can of air and the "straw" that comes with it, dip the straw into alcohol...not the kind you drink, and blow the alcohol into and around the gear and the clutch. There is also an upgrade to the cam that turns, pretty easy to install, and if that doesn't work replace clutch.
