es350 occasional partial prints

Occasionally this networked es350 will get partial prints, about 2" of the right side edge will print. Always the exact same 2". The MFP is in a computer lab that has about 20 machines connected to it through a switch. There are no error codes. I've updated firmware so far. Any Ideas?

I talked to Toshiba TAC today, he asked if it was hooked to a card reader which it is. Then he had me access 08-202 and set it to 1 from 3. Apparently it has something to do with image timing, 1 is for a coin op box. Only problem is this is a smart card reader the University uses all over campus and they're all set to 3. He seemed so positive, hope he's right about this 350 at least.
