toshiba 1710-es28 dead

i have the same problem with the 2 copiers they are dead where no sounds no lights nothing at all please show me the way to begin ( just power board or something else)

Lightbulb check

Follow the power cord until you reach a big sized condenser, this a electric noise filter, we've found some defective ones, if you cant measure AC output from these, that one is the one to change.
