    toshiba 3530c

    hi all
im new to this forum don't know where smarka went but glad to be here

my customer has 2 machines a e355 and an e3530c they are a real estate company and need to copy customers checks to put in the paper file . they can do it fine on the 355 but they want to also use the 3530c but it wont work
I cant find anything in the manual about it I did read something about printing a copy that has the word copy all over it but they want to make straight copies of the checks is this possible on the 3530c can they scan the check to a file and then print it out in some kind of security mode and if so can you explain how
    thanks in advance

    Try combinations of:
    monochrome copy or scan
    enlargement or reduction.

It's because it is a financial instrument that the copyright feature kicks in.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
