Toshiba e-Studio 3511 NIC reset

Hello

I have a 3511 in the field that drops off the network after a short time. i've checked for conflicts, network integrity, etc.

Does anyone know how to enter simulation mode for the printer module on a 3511 and the simulation nimber to reset or initialize the printer module.

Thanks

Clif

test mode will disply

enter 669 press start

It's NOT a good idea to do this code for NIC reset, instead of this you can try just 08/693 (Initialization of NIC information) returns the factory default of NIC card.
Good luck and let me know if you have any problems with this.

don't use 08 669, unless you want to make your copier into a teapot.
as tsbservice says use 08 693, the thing i've found is that now 3511's are getting on, the NIC's are getting a bit ropey & sometimes require replacing.
