E-Studio 232 Op panel lights, but nothing else

    Hi Guys,

This is actually an IM2330, but it crosses over to an estudio 232. Flip on the power switch and the display lights, but all I see is the image of a copier. The machine doesn't cycle at all like it normally would during warm up. The fans do come on.

Funny thing is if I open the front door, the fans turn off but after the door is closed again, only one of the fans comes back on.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

What have you done so far? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Looks like hdd problem.

What u can do is initialize HDD (08-690).

If lucky, problem solve and machine is ready.

If come back again, u might need to replace the HDD...

No luck resetting Guys. I had to input blind because even though I ran 08, I couldn't see anything. I did notice when I entered the keys, there was no beeping.

this is what happened to my IM2330 machine.., this machine have same logic board to ESTudio Toshiba 232 that's why I tried to changed the whole set main board, hdd and memory.. its same parts as long as compatible.

Hard disk problem, main board problem or ram problem. Try to reassembly those three parts main board, hard disk and memory clean it up and assemble again. If the problem still same you may change first memory... if its the same then go for hard disk
