GL-1020

Dear all,
Have a GL-1020 controller for e-810 that shows starting controller,please waite message all the time.
I’ve replaced the HDD with a tested one, RAM module ,flat IDE cable also but none of them solve the problem and all of them is working great with another controller.
I’ve nothing left but the power supply and the sys PWA .
Is there any known issues with these parts?

I had a GL1020 that did the same thing, i too changed HDD ram etc... still the same message, so i changed the GL1020 & that fixed it. looks like the controllers can fail from time to time.

Dear all,
the reason for this problem is the main system PWA insid the controllers and the here below are the numbers for this items:

1. <LI class=MsoNormal style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1">6LA53511000 PWA-PC686BXNLX
2. 6LA53659000 PWA-SNL4401TT1

i've checked with our supplier and it seems impossible to get it from them.

can any body help in this regards
