HI THERE....

We are having one customer who is using Toshiba e-Studio 161 photo copier machine. I am facing a problem is - it is displaying the error code is E1 and sub code is 00. Kindly help me to sort out this problem.

Dear Sir,

Are you sure the code is E1? Because I cheked in service Hand Book, there is no E1 describe but E7.

i don't know with any body else?

Iam also check it that code not there in manual.But sure that code e1 only.

Clear the error code to see what happen next.

Yeah Right, try to clear use sim-14 and 16, and see what happened.

I think its E7 error, try to check the paper sensor above 1st cassette tray..

I have the manual, but no E1 code...... L1 or E7 maybe???

Dear friends thanks for ur information .I try to cleared the error code,but nothing as happened.Now i replaced the one new main pcb,the machine is working fine without any problem.But i don"t know what is the actuall problem.So once i tried with new main pcb,it"s working.
