Hi,
I have a Toshiba e-Studio 207. Since today, when I start it, only the screen lights up and sometimes blinks, but nothing else. It seems like the rest of the machine is unresponsive, touching any of buttons does nothing. I have tried pressing 1 3 * and then booting it, but nothing changes. Any ideas?

If you can get into 3C mode, I'd run 3: HDD reformat, then 8: service password reset, then reload firmware.
And no, this is not an offer of firmware. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you for the response. I actually tried holding down 1 3 and * at the same time and turning it on, and everything is back to normal!
