    E-Studio CF20

Hey guys, I just started working on toshibas and I have a Toshiba E-Studio 3511 in the field with a CF20 code when you try to copy in color mode or print in color mode. Does anybody know what this means? Thanks

normally it's the revolver motor at fault, check if the gear on the motor is gold coloured, if it is then it's the old type, the new motors have a dark grey gear. also check that no teeth are missing on the revolver unit.

make sure it's properly cleaned out, or it will keep coming back to bite you.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I will check those things out and see what's going on.
I did some research and I found that it's an auto color sensor error. It gave a couple of things to check for... Thanks again..
