service handbook for Estudio 2050c

I am in England if that makes a difference to the firmware version...I have a 2050c with a HDD that needs formatting and firmware reloading via USB but I don't know where to get the firmware! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

wase, i also need help with a Toshiba 2050c service handbook
especially to set leading edge on the radf on duplex scanning
don't know the codes, doesn't work with old codea from 2820c
the image is pretty misaligned
