GQ-1110 Harness for counters

Regarding the GQ-1110 Harness and the signal levels

Does anyone know the actual voltage level of the "EXTCTR" signal - I know it is active "LOW" but what voltage does it go to inactive, It is open collector, is it 5VDC or does it go to the 24VDC level?

We are trying to attach a third party counter device and do not want to blow it up.

It should be either 5V or 3.3V, if I remember it correctly. EXTCTR is synchronized with "Exit Sensor ON" state and becomes ON for 200ms.

The which output 24V should be Pin A1.

Hope the info will do any help to you.
