The new eBN product line launched this time one year ago is excellent. Well made, well featured, well priced. If you liked the e657 line, you will enjoy the e5508A.
The e5508A is basically very similar to new e5506AC color line.
I have been selling them for a year and no complaints.
The all black with different shades of black and shiny parts always make the machine looks dirty and the touch screen is not very responsive.
The print engine seems okay so far but we don't have enough mileage yet to know if it will hold up.
Upgrade your firmware to V1050 for speedy LCD panel response. None of my customers have ever complained.
The print engine is based upon the very reliable previous e6570c colour copier series. You can run these copiers into the 2-3M range. I have one with 4M in a Print Shop and still working.
So far, so good. The only weird problem was associated with duplexing, and a defective HTML cable. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thanks for the info..
The panel scrolling over without touching it is a hardware problem. The first few we sold had this issue and Toshiba shipped us updated control panel units which resolved it.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
Noisy fuser units!
