This copier is jamming the hotter it gets the worse it gets. Intermittently It folds the paper when exiting. It actually never jams and stops the machine. Thinking it is in fuser area but all looks good.... Any help will be very appreciated !!

I tell this to endusers every day: The temperature of the fuser is closely regulated. It rarely varies more than 5C. What you're probably noticing is the fact that your hand is in the fuser while removing jams, and that those rollers are about 180C (and are supposed to be). The only conceivable reasons that the temperature in the fuser might vary are inoperative cooling fans or an obstructed thermistor.
Perhaps it would be helpful to know what model MFP, and what jam codes you are experiencing? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I forgot to put the machine model in the title... ugh... I hate missing that... Estudio 230... It doesn't jam.. It outputs the paper folded... Does it on 2 sided also. Will actually feed the paper through on 2nd side folded when 2 siding. Just does it after the copier runs a long printjob after it runs awhile... Ordered some fuser bearings for the heat roller and pressure roller. The rollers themself look OK....
It never jams ever? I wish I had machines like that.
So some of the pages exit with a Z-fold, simplex or duplex. Is there any image inside the fold on the simplex pages? Is there any image inside the fold on duplex pages (check both sides)? Knowing this will help you determine if the Z-fold is occurring pre-transfer or post-transfer.
Personally I suspect either the upper vertical feed clutch or registration clutch (pre-transfer). =^..^=

Is the colour of the plastic around the fuser area dis-coloured?
You have an old copier that was discontinued in 2007 (10 years ago). Toshiba is required to stock parts and consumables for seven years after a model is discontinued.
Time to consider replacing your copier with a current model Toshiba e2508A.

I think that model is the same as a es 280. If it is there is a bunch of small diameter guide rollers on the top cover of the fuser and in the exit area. Those rollers either pop out fully or partially pop out and do not turn and will cause paper to fold corners, z fold jam under sep fingers. Also if the upper fuser roller is not in good shape it causes a lot of jamming. The exit top cover hinge pin gets bent also and holds that cover and the guide mounted under it at a angle and that I have seen cause duplex jams as the paper goes back in for the second side.
