Hi

Can anyone please help.We have a customer that has bought a Toshiba 210C from an auction and asked us to service it for him.There lies the problem..This is the first one of these that we have seen and the machine has shut down after saying that the maintenace is due.We need to reset the mainteance indicator to be able to test the machine,which of course we do not know how to do.Also we need to know how/What is involved in servicing this copier and does any one have any ideas where we can obtain a service manual or should we steer clear of this one.Nearest Toshiba dealer is over 100 miles away.We are located in rural Australia.

I am not aware of a PM condition that will shut down this machine, so I am wondering what the exact wording of the error message is. I do not work on this machine very often, but doing a full PM is pretty labor intense.

I cannot advise you whether to steer clear of this box or not because I do not know what your level of training is or your abilities. If you are familiar with color machines I say go for it.
