Exposure lamp working properly, notice that the big glass a bit tilt...Will it be cable problem?

Check mirror position springs. Has the machine been moved recently?

You've got an optical focus issue. It could be the mirror leaf springs like clint suggests.
Or you might have a scanner rail slider come loose or broken. A few drops of straight 30W oil will make the scanner move smoothly
Or the CCD height could be out of adjustment. I've seen a few CCDs way out of adjustment. A simple way to experiment before changing painted height adjuster screws is to loosen the two unpainted screws at the front of the CCD then make a few ledger copies. Then snug the front screws and loosen the two rear unpainted screws then make a few ledger copies. Now you can see what affect you would get by changing those adjustments. Now that you know which way to move, snug up all the unpainted screws, and go ahead and twist those height adjuster screws, and continue using ledger sized scans as your test. The trail edge of ledger is the most difficult part of the image to focus. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There was a problem with the metal or bracing on the e3555/ e5055c series copiers. They were vulnerable to the metal frame, especially around the scanner area, to becoming bent out of shape by even moderate force such as someone leaning on the corner of the RADF.
There is no recourse to fixing this problem and your copier might be a write off.
The latest e3505AC/ e5005AC is a better design and less vulnerable to the frame loosing shape.
Did someone stand on that. Good luck with getting that straight enough.

One of our in-shop techs used to use a scissors type automotive jack, and a couple of chunks of wood to straighten out this sort of situation. (Remove the tabletop glass first) =^..^=

Able to get back clear output without shadow by using car jack & hammer...
Congratulations on your success! It's kind-of fun to take the 3# sledge hammer to the scanner frame. =^..^=
