Oil -Launa40 -100
I rec'd some of this oil. It is fairly expensive at $83.00 a tube from Toshiba.
Where is this oil best applied on a copier
I see it is referenced by multiple copier vendors.

Supalube oil or light machine oil is much cheaper. But use any oil sparceley. Scanner rails is the main spot for it

We basically only use 3 lubricants.
you have got your carbon conductive grease of choice, personally i have seen no real difference in the expensive -vs- run of the mill other than a 'product engineer' that had come down to help with a HVT issue we had with a wide format that nobody would believe me was an HVT issue try and sell us on some expensive as shit copper stuff that when applied made the problem worse until i cleaned it all out and fixed the connection problem it had with the Dev Roller Bias contact...sorry went off target.
Light weight oil, we use a 3M silicone oil that you can find in hardware stores or in places that sell workout equipment, like treadmills. we use this oil around rails lightly (drop on a paper towel then use paper towel to apply) and to pack Oilite bushings.
Our plastic safe thicker lubricant we use Chemplex 710 from lubritech , it's also good for clackity fuser bearings and as a di-electric. A little bit goes a long way.
