I got Toshiba ES 356 machine startup stuck, Didn't work config mode 08 and 3C mode stuck with below msg .

Try to update machine!

I would replace the hard drive. Make sure it is a wipe technology hard drice

you need to replace wipe technology HD and new firmware will fix.
