Tos 4540 cant reach TopAccess

PC now says page cant be displayed. Has worked before
nothing changed that I know of, cleared cookies. No help Everything works fine other than that.

MFP IP address correct? Can ping IP address?

What browser are you using?
Can you ping it?
Can the workstation resolve IP from DNS name?

I have seen some older Toshibas Top Access not play nice with Edge.
There are a bunch of technical reasons for this that are not worth getting into.

Also double check that things have not been disabled ..like port 80 or http and so on in the machine. Customers get into Top access and 'play' sometimes as well as machines doing odd things when there are voltage issues and/or arcing of HV.

I can ping the machine, I can print and fax from pc. Just can not get to top access.
