Security feature set and locked out on toshiba estudio 4540

We are not able to access copier functions or tech modes due to security feature being set.
Not sure how to reset security feature. requires user name and password for tech modes and user mode.

I found this information on the web

"If you log into any of the bigger Toshiba E-Studio printer\copier\scanners you’ll see an administrator tab. The default username will be automatically entered into the field. Here’s the username and password:"

    Username: Admin
    Password: 123456
I hope this helps some of you out there.
    Cheers!

    Try with this..

Found the answer to my problem. I was able to reset all passwords by holding 4,8,9 while turning on power.
