    Toshiba es 603

    Hello!
    I have problem on es 603.When i turn on machine on display i have a message HDD mount failed.It is impossible to go in 05 and 08 mode.I try to reinstall the software but i have a message hdd update failed.I check hard drive and memory and it works on other machine.Then i replace sys pwb from another machine and it work for one day.After that next day i have the same error message.Deos anybody know how to resolve this problem.

    I have same poblem with machin TOSHIBA e studio 600

    You have to enter C + 3 on power on. Then choose 3 and enter. Then reload firmware.

    Dear Sbarro I try to do 3 and C but machine show initialization error.

    Have you tried to replace the cables between HDD and SYS board?

    I have this problem on two machines in two days.Machines are booth on same place.

    I would double check electricity at customer's site, could be also Power supply unit.

    I think that there is no problem with electricity because there is anoter 3 machines that works fine without problems.

    power supply, check for 3.3, 5.1 and 12 V on CN405.

    something kill your sys board.

    also as tsbservice said check eletricity at customer site.

    which software version you have on machine?
