The offset gate motor was not in the notch on guide slide. I won't be making that mistake again.

Usually what I do is slide the jogger all the way over to the right and then move it back to the left about an 1/8 of an inch before carefully placing the turn guide assy back on top of it.

The position gliderider describes is about the only position that you can see what you're doing, through a small gap. That's how you'll find that position: " ... oh, there it is!"

It sounds like you've got a great attitude. Keep it up and you'll go a long way. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Or the safer way to do it is to take the inner cover off ( the one above the exit tray mounted on exit unit) before fitting the exit unit and put back the cover after all is in place.

I always learn from my mistakes and somehow is the easiest way for me to remember these moments.

That is exactly how I made sure they were lined up, The CDF0 is fixed but they called back today because of faint images of the previous page being printed on the following page. Job security woo hoo.
