e-studio 351c "job page" need help

Hi,

I st set up our new e-studio 351c in the office and it works great. Printing works, scanning works, faxing works and al users still hate me.
Why ? Well, on the old xerox we had this "job cover page" (not sure what it is called". every users in the office who printed could easily find their print job because each job had a "job cover page" with their name on it. Now to find a print job means you need to go through everybodies print outs first and then you will maybe find yours.
I am not sure what this page is called and how to set it up. I searched the manual and googled it but no success. Please help.

thanks

A possible solution is to place colored paper in one of the paper trays, or the bypass. Then from the print drive properties select the 'paper handling' tab and in the 'destination' field select the tray that has the colored paper. Then just below that select 'use front cover'.

What this will do is cause one sheet of colored paper to be printed befor the print job starts. That way the colored sheets will keep the print job separate. I am not sure if this is the answer you are looking for, but it should accomplish the goal of keeping the jobs separate.

By the way, I am providing you with the documentation for dealing with the print drivers. It has some basic and some pretty advance stuff in it ... and it is specific for your model. Check your private messages.

One other simple and cool solution is to enable department management via Top Access and set up printer driver to private print. This will eliminate all piles of documents and will save paper to the customer plus you will get confidence of their print jobs.
Good luck

Private print is something what i always try to using in every new customer.
You can configure your driver with password for private print and customer just click PRINT. Then you can print more and more and f.e. after 2 hours you can go to the machine press Job Status and Private Print find your ID press password (can be very short - 1 digit. enough ) and you can print out all or some of your jobs.
