ok here is the thing. got this machine from customer and he does that. you press button for shutdown, then its the red light on, closing the bottom switch and the red light is still on. you unplug it from the wall and the led is still on!

if main switch is off and you press the power button from top, the machine tries to open for a sec then its completly off. like some charge stays inside until you discharge it with the top power button.

Seems like power supply board issue, why not swap power supply board and see?
